We stayed in June 2025 and fell in love with Chania. We will definitely return to the old town. The hotel staff at Belmondo were excellent and the hotel is perfectly situated overlooking harbour of the old town. Despite issues with our UK agent, the hotel staff went over and above to make sure our stay was a good one. Thank you Belmondo

My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay here for 5 days in May 2023. Each morning the breakfast was delicious and different. The staff were lovely as was our room. The only draw back was that I could not stay longer. Efharisto Poly!!!

First time to Greece (Chania) and we hot the jackpot, yes Belmondo was unbelievable in an unbelievable location, we had the best room in the hotel with the best balcony in Chania - but the best part about the trip is that we got to meet Dora (and staff) its fair to say if Dora wasn't there I wouldn't go back (maybe I will) Dora help make the stay that much more enjoyable with her care for detail her recommendations and just her daily chats, it felt like we were staying at a friend house. What an outstanding asset for a business Dora is and what an outstanding Hotel in the heart of paradise - Cant wait to get back there again!!!!

Super friendly stuff. We booked a normal room and the stuff gave us a upgrade for free. They make every wish come true. Super lovely place to stay.

Tiszta, tágas volt a szoba és a zuhanyzó. Remek volt a kilátás a tengerre. Közel volt minden. A reggeli kifogástalan.

Two amazingly kind ladies, Dora and Vasilikis, run a fantastic historic boutique hotel in the heart of the Venetian port for international travelers lusting to be in the heart of the evening dining and night life activities in the old port area. Rooms are clean, efficient and offer comfortable accommodations for a great value.

We have had an amazing stay with Dora being an amazing hostess. Fine details of our Raki welcome drink to our herb give away. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortable with an amazing breakfast served on our balcony! It is only a few steps down to the old port light house view, surrounded by amazing restaurants and shopping.
Our car was parked in due to the market and Dora kindly extended our stay for a few hours! I highly recommend this beautiful personalised hotel.

Staff was great… definitely pay extra for the ocean view. Atmosphere in harbor is awesome!
